My Time in Myrtle Beach

`Broadway at the Beach My time in Myrtle Beach was one marked by intense emotion. I lived with roommates, initially under the idea, that one of them would be an acquaintance I had made from my home. Long story short, that situation soured, in due fashion yet I had some amazing moments during my time there. While trying to earn my CDL-A I made money by driving Uber and DoorDash. It was through a twist of fate that I met a friend I still have to this day. For this article I'll call her Mars. Mars is a beautiful woman (inside and out I would find) and we connected on our opposing views. We managed to accept each other's perspective without being hostile. My trip to New York Pt. 3

The Art Exhibit Once Adonis had all of his grooming done and we'd roamed the mall enough; we plotted our next move. Ultimately, we decided to meet up with his friend and go to the beach. However, that was 4 hours from that point, so we happened to find a free event. It was a free art exhibit in the middle of the Bronx. Of course we had to partake. Armoni Inn & Suites 329 Route 303 Orangeburg, New York 10962 That's the hotel Adonis and I stayed at for our first two days in New York. Who knew there was a city, in the Big Apple, with the same name as the place I was born?! I'd gotten a deal through Booking.com, via my Afterpay card, so we were set for our venture. We had some initial issues checking in, but once we got our rooms there was an instant weight lifted. Adonis had been locked up for 8 months and it had weighed on both of us. Now he was out and we could have fun, but first we had to get him to standards. We looked up a nearby shop to get his haircut and while he was pampered I got me something to eat. My Trip to New York, Pt. 1

The trip to New York actually began before I even booked my hotel. It began with a man named Adonis. [right to left] Myself, Adonis and his friend I met Adonis while in Staunton, Virginia and we were both staying at the Valley Mission. 'The Mission", as it was called, was a homeless shelter on West Beverley Street. I met many different people there and from many different walks of life. I learned adversity truly knows no color. Despite my challenges I still managed to have memorable experiences. A place integral to that was a bar called Bricks. It was also located in Staunton; right up the road in fact. You could literally walk there and it was a nice moderate stroll. I remember passing the library often for about 3 years. Yeah, the bar was cool. Examining Our Origin via Egyptian Spirituality and Modern Science

The Fall of the Ottoman Empire Caused the Crack Epidemic of the 80's Pt.1

For me, the fall of the Ottoman Empire spelled the end of the Old World, and the advent of modernism. The territories of the "sick man in Europe" included: Syria, Iraq, Palestine, and Jordan; North Africa and the Balkans. Most famously, the millet system the Ottoman's employed, saw modern day Israel under the control of another nation. THE SET-UP The end of World War I saw "The Eternal State" partitioned by the British Empire, and beyond the financial advisory of Arthur Millspaugh, America was largely absent from the Middle Eastern theatre. In 1917, the Balfour Declaration was publicly issued by the British government. [For more on this, read my article, "The Creation of the State of Israel"]. In 1921, Iran saw the coup of Reza Khan successful and the old Qajar Dynasty ousted.
